Monoprinting is a form of printmaking that has lines or images that can only be made once.  As artist, we find interesting subjects for painting and decide to attempt to apply the idea to a creation whether painting or sculpture.

I had finished a series of paintings.  I had been wanting to revisit a process I liked, monoprinting.  I had found the process a very elusive and freeing from the rigidness of the paintings I had been working in.  So I experimented with the process and found the elusiveness of abstract and color to be quite exciting.

The following framed pieces are from the series of monoprints.
